A large, clean room with a comfortable bed and friendly reception staff stood out during the stay, complemented by great value for money. Despite these positives, issues with cleanliness were apparent, with dust in corners and disconnected electrical items. The bathroom was notably cramped, making it inconvenient for basic use. Given these factors, caution is advised when considering a longer stay.

Stayed for 4 nights in a double room with private bathroom. The shower was decent, and having a hairdryer was useful. Breakfast included fresh pastries, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, super close to the British Museum and lots of tube stations, making it easy to explore. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful.

Central location near three tube stations makes it easy to explore. The room, while cozy, provided a good night's sleep with a nice view overlooking the garden, ideal for light sleepers.
The noise levels were surprisingly disruptive, with thin walls allowing corridor chatter and street sounds to intrude, making it hard to find peace. The room dimensions were tight. maneuvering around felt cramped at times. Lighting was limited, relying solely on a ceiling fixture, which didn't provide the best ambiance. The bathroom featured awkward plumbing with a toilet raised on a plinth, which might not be comfortable for shorter guests. A few cleanliness oversights were evident, like a dusty TV and a shower that didn’t offer strong pressure. Lastly, the Wi-Fi quality proved inconsistent, which can be a hassle. my stay was tolerable, but several details could use attention.

good price for what we needed and the location was perfect, really close to the tube. the beds were super comfy and we were surprised to find 3 beds in the room, so no need to share. the staff was chill about letting us check in early and giving us a late checkout, which was dope.
the room was kinda small and the bathroom needed some work. It seems like the place hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while.
